4. Terms Of Payments and Invoicing
A- Payment Plan for web Projects
A first deposit of 40% of the offer will be required upon signing the contract of service. The remaining balance (60%) will be paid in two phases throughout the development of the project
-Phase 1: 30%
-Phase 2: 30%
B- Payment Plan for Hosting Packages and other services
Payment must first be received by Creative Web Group prior to the latter's acceptance of an order.
C-Terms of invoicing
Creative Web Group has the sole discretion to provide the terms of payment. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must first be received by Creative Web Group prior to the latter's acceptance of an order. Unless credit term has been agreed upon, payment for the products shall be made by credit card, Moneybookers, wire transfers or cash.
Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on your invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Creative Web Group has all the discretion to cancel or deny orders.
Creative Web Group is not responsible for typographical or other errors in any offer by Creative Web Group and reserves the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
Invoices must be paid within 10 days of the invoice date.
Creative Web Group reserves the right to charge you a late penalty charge of 10% applied against undisputed overdue amounts or the maximum rate permitted by law whichever is less. Every 30 days thereafter, you will continue to be charged an additional late penalty charge.
5. Refunds
A- Web Projects services
Creative Web Group will meet its obligations of refunding 60% of the first deposit upon a written notification of cancellation within one week period, after the contract signing only.
After that no refunds will be provided, unless the contract conditions states the opposite.
B- For hosting services:
Creative web group will provide a refund during the first month of the service. We will only cut of 20$ from the refund as administer fee + domain price.
C- Other services:
A refund policy will be stated with the service contract.

Creative Web Group has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Creative Web Group of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.
